Logical Blue One (LBO) is a custom notebook retailer based on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, Australia. Founded in 2007 we specialize in customizing notebooks from ASUS, HP, Horize (Clevo) and MSI. Upgrading and downgrading components to suit our customers specifications. We have found our customer base have been waiting for a company to offer configurable notebooks in Australia and have flourished since our development of that.

Continuing on this trend we started selling Horize (Clevo Australia) fully custom made notebook computers. With this we can fully build your notebook from the ground up, offering high quality components and backed by our Australia Wide Return to Base warranty. These notebooks are now by far our most popular seller, averaging 9 purchases of a Horize machine to 1 purchase of any other brand and with our customer satisfaction rating through the roof we have been growing steadily.

Logical Blue One does not advertise, all of our sales are either through word of mouth, or from online forums. We strongly believe that if you have a product and service worth purchasing you don't need to advertise it, the sales will come to you.

Since 2009 we have shifted our product focus towards the gaming laptop market and 3D notebooks where we have found that most manufacturers do not promote or provide such products well. It was once a fallacy to be able to purchase a real gaming notebook, but through our partners products we have been able to reach this ever growing market.

At LBO we are not just another online drop shipping company. All of our notebooks go through a stringent Quality Assurance process that tests all components of the notebooks we sell, regardless of brand or type. Each notebook gets tested for:

We do this so that we can be sure that your new purchase is 100% ready for you. Will exceed your expectations, so that you can relax about any imperfections. Generally this process can take between 12 and 36 hours, depending on if we have prechecked the system already.

Industry Leading Warranty

Ever since inception we have had a strong belief on what we feel is a fair and justifiable warranty for notebook PCs. Finding that too many retailers 'push their customers away' telling to go back to the manufacturer, or 'that it is okay' for a for a brand new notebook to have 5 dead pixels on it's display. It is to be expected right?

With our industry leading warranty and repairs, we handle everything for you, from DOA purchases to warranty returns, repairs, 'out of warranty work', physical damage repairs, dead pixels, upgrades to your existing purchase and upgrade pathways.

We believe it's not Okay for your machine to have any pixel imperfections, or to have your machine at a service centre for months on end. LBO provides a 90 day 100% pixel perfect policy. Meaning if you have any dead, stuck or bright pixels within 90 days we will replace the panel for you. Most retailers don't have a pixel policy, and most manufacturers have a very poor policy (example minimum 8 dead pixels). We will override any manufacturers warranty stipulations to execute your warranty in a timely manner, this may mean if they can't find a part, we will find it for you.

We repair all Horize (Clevo) machines at our office and ALWAYS have stock on hand for all parts so that you don't have to wait lengthly times for parts to arrive.

Behind the Curtains

LBO has no surcharges for Credit Card, PayPal or Bank Transfer. We believe that your right to choose payment shouldn't justify the price you pay.

LBO has a flat rate shipping fee for anywhere in Australia. Currently the price is $29.95 and doesn't matter if you are in Sydney or Outback Northern Territory it is the same for all Australians.

We ship Anywhere in the world. New Zealand is our most exported to country followed by mostly south east Asian Countries.

 Shipping partners are TNT Express and DHL Priority. Depending on your location will depend on the courier used.

We operate out of a beautiful office on the Sunshine Coast. Orders are welcome to be picked up, but please phone in advance to make an appointment.
