Delivery Terms & Schedule



To be non-discriminative, shipping is a flat fee of $49.95 Australia Wide.

Your order will be fully traceable and insured.


Orders over $3000 receive free shipping.


Please note: Couriers do not call recipients before delivering, nor will they deliver between requested hours.


Parcels will be delivered during standard business hours.


A consignment number will be issued when your parcel has been despatched.

We will always strive to have your order despatched as soon as possible, following the steps below will help us process your order faster :

1. Pay by PayPal (We don't have to wait for Direct Deposit Clearance)
2. Provide a home / business phone number on your order form

3.  Order an item which is specified as being in stock


LBO will not deliver to a PO Box or outside of Australia

Areas within 200km of the metropolitan area are generally 1 day extra.

 

Items listed as AVAILABLE are ordered in from local suppliers, usually allow 2 business days for processing.


The above timeframes are based on previous deliveries to the specified areas.

Delivery may be faster or slower depending on the courier.


By ordering through Logical Blue One you accept that we may request at the time of delivery that you or the authorised recipient provide us with proof of identity (including Photographic Identification). Particularly if you have paid by Credit Card. You may also be required to show us the credit card for us to conduct our verification checks.


If you or the authorised recipient are not at the delivery address to receive the order, we may have the parcels returned to the Delivery Depot. In this instance you will receive a Calling Card and will need to contact the appropriate persons to arrange redelivery.

You may be charged an additional delivery fee for that replacement delivery.


We are not responsible for delays caused by public holidays or by the courier. Your parcel will be fully insured and trackable. If you have any queries don't hesitate to phone or email.


You must not pay, or attempt to pay, for products through any fraudulent or unlawful means.
