Q. I am interested in purchasing a laptop from you but i haven't heard of you before?

A. Logical Blue One (LBO International Pty Ltd) is a fully registered Australian Company with ABN 87 140 398 250 and ACN 140 398 250. We are not a shop located retailer so all of our business is conducted online or over the phone. We have sold thousands of laptops, so you can be assured that we will treat your order with the professionalism that you would expect from a business with experience.

Q. I went to a retailer and their prices were significantly more than the price you are quoting!

A. Our products are so much cheaper than retailers because we are not a store based retailer. We are a direct reseller for a lot of the major manufacturers and wholesalers. We can guarantee cheaper prices because you are cutting out the middleman and getting factory outlet pricing.

Q. Where are you located? Can I Pickup?

Please note that we do not allow pickups.

Q. Who does the warranty work for you? Will i have to send by laptop back to Toowoomba, QLD to get it fixed?

A. All of the laptops we sell (Other than Toshiba, see below) come with a Manufacturers warranty and an extended warranty. All warranty work is done by Authorised Repairers in your area. You don't have to ship it back to us and you have the convenience of taking it to your closest repairer.

Q. Why does Toshiba not have a Manufacturers warranty?

A. Toshiba products are imported from the United States. Toshiba Australia will not conform to global warranty standards like its competition and will not comply to any warranty requests for repair on their products that have been imported. We in turn offer a 90 day return to base (dead on arrival) warranty + a 3 Year WorldWide Warranty.

A. If you have an urgent order please contact us before purchasing so we can insure that it gets to you on time or if it is possible.

Q. Do you provide extra discount for Students/Pensioners etc.

A. No, unfortunately we provide the lowest price available to everyone and cannot afford to give any futher discounts on our pricing. Orders over $3000 will receive free shipping.
