 What is Logical Blue One (LBO)?

Logical Blue One (LBO International Pty Ltd) is a fully registered Australian Company with ABN 87 140 398 250 and ACN 140 398 250. We are not a shop located retailer so all of our business is conducted online or over the phone. We have sold thousands of laptops, so you can be assured that we will treat your order with the professionalism that you would expect from a business with experience.

 How do I order?

Simply add the item/s to your cart, create a new account and checkout.

 Where are you located?

Our Distribution Centre is located on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Am I able to collect my order from the Distribution Centre?

How does the warranty work?

Will I have to send my laptop back to the LBO office to get it fixed?

In some instances laptops will need to be sent back to us for repair.

Most of the laptops we sell (Other than Toshiba - see below) come with a Manufacturers warranty and an extended warranty. Most warranty work is done by Authorised Repairers in your area, please contact staff for more details.

 Why does Toshiba not have a Manufacturers warranty?

Toshiba products are imported from the United States. Toshiba Australia will not conform to global warranty standards like its competition and will not comply to any warranty requests for repair on their products that have been imported. We in turn offer a 90 day return to base (dead on arrival) warranty + a 3 Year WorldWide Warranty.

Is Software covered under warranty?

No, Logical Blue One is not responsible for any issues experienced with Software.

 How soon will I receive my order?

If the item you order is marked as being in stock, it should be despatched within 1 business day. If you are leaving the country, please contact our office before ordering to ensure we can fulfil your order before your departure. Delivery times vary across Australia, please see the Delivery Schedule for details.

Can I cancel my order?

If you simply change your mind before the laptop has been despatched you will be charged a cancellation fee.  If you have already received your laptop and it is not what you expected, call the office on 07 3118 9514 to discuss your options.

 Do you provide an extra discount for Students/Pensioners?

No, unfortunately we can not afford to give any further discounts, we already advertise the lowest price available.
